1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Disclair, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Disclair is a platform for discovering and discussing AI tools, joining communities (lairs), and sharing content related to artificial intelligence. The service includes but is not limited to:
- Creating and managing user accounts
- Posting, voting, and commenting on content
- Creating and joining lairs (communities)
- Discovering and reviewing AI tools
- Interacting with other users
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of Disclair, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Not create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
- Not sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Disclair. However, by posting content, you grant us:
- A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content
- The right to sublicense these rights to third parties for the purpose of operating and improving our service
You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to post the content
- Your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
- You will not post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates these terms
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Posting illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation
- Posting spam, advertisements, or promotional content without permission
- Engaging in vote manipulation, brigading, or other forms of coordinated inauthentic behavior
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers
- Using automated systems (bots) without permission
- Collecting or harvesting user information without consent
- Posting malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
6. NSFW Content
Disclair permits Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content, subject to the following rules:
- All NSFW content must be properly tagged and marked
- NSFW content must comply with all applicable laws
- Users must be 18 years or older to view NSFW content
- Illegal content (including but not limited to child exploitation material) is strictly prohibited
- Users can control their NSFW preferences in account settings
- Lairs may have additional rules regarding NSFW content
7. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Disclair and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written permission.
8. Lairs and Communities
Users may create and moderate lairs (communities). As a lair moderator, you agree to:
- Act in good faith and in the best interest of your community
- Not use your position to harass or abuse other users
- Enforce rules that comply with these Terms of Service
- Not engage in or permit illegal activities in your lair
- Respond to requests from Disclair administrators regarding rule violations
Disclair reserves the right to remove moderators, remove or restrict lairs, and take other actions as necessary to maintain the integrity of the platform.
9. Voting and Manipulation
The voting system is designed to surface quality content. You may not:
- Use multiple accounts to manipulate votes
- Coordinate with others to artificially inflate or deflate vote counts
- Use automated systems to vote on content
- Ask others to vote on your content
10. Moderation and Enforcement
Disclair reserves the right to:
- Remove content that violates these terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Modify or discontinue the service at any time
- Take any other action we deem necessary to maintain the platform
We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so. We may use automated systems and human moderators to enforce these terms.
11. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these terms, please report it using our reporting tools. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action. False or malicious reports may result in account restrictions.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of third-party services.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to:
- The accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
- The quality or fitness of the service for a particular purpose
- That the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- That any defects will be corrected
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Disclair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
- Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the service
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content
- The conduct or content of any third party on the service
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Disclair and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
- Any content you post on the service
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Disclair operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Disclair regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

22. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Disclair. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the service. Users under 18 are prohibited from accessing NSFW content. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.
